• Managed single-sourced HTML5/PDF documentation for software releases; including iOS,  Android, and Desktop user guides, Release Overview, Training, Client Features by Platform, and tri-fold documentation.
• Compiled changelog information pertaining to new features, improvements, bugs fixed, and known issues for each software version, including full releases and patches.
• Developed and maintained the Mobile Heartbeat Technical Documentation Style Guide, which documents the style standards, grammar rules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Produced and supported product documentation for the platform’s newest product, MH-CURE Desktop, which included single-sourced HTML5/PDF user guides, tri-fold, and changelog.
• Created 4-6 new feature videos per release for end users 1-3 minutes in length using Adobe Premiere Pro; 15 videos in total.
• Worked alongside manager to develop a customer portal for users to access version-specific and customer-specific documentation using Microsoft Azure, DropBox, GoodSync, YOURLS, and WordPress.
• Trained and mentored the entry-level technical writer on documentation deliverables; was designated by the manager as the point of reference for questions pertaining to end-user documentation.

• Provides one-on-one support to students with drafting outlines, formatting their paper (introduction, body paragraphs, conclusion), thesis statements, and reading comprehension.
• Meets with 14-28 students of all capabilities, including ESL and learning disabilities, per weekend.
• Versed in students who required auditory, visual, or kinesthetic learning styles.

Analog Devices, Inc. | Technical Writer | Editorial Mentor
June 2016 to December 2017

• Edited 25 or more technical documents at one time for grammar and ADI standards.
• One of two editors to work on Digital Signal Processing (DSP) data sheets, which required different standards and a distinctive editing process.
• Assisted in the Knowledge Base (KB) revamp project, which included rewriting and organizing hundreds of KB articles used by the editing staff to edit technical documents.
• Worked in conjunction with an editorial trainer to offer project management support and organizational skills to a junior technical editor.
