SMTP

The SMTP tab allows you to configure your connection and use of an SMTP server. This server is used to deliver reports that have been published via email. The SMTP server must be accessible by the mainframe host (server side) only.

You can update any of the following options:
  • Outgoing Email Server
  • Outgoing Email Address
  • SMTP Authentication
  • SMTP Username
  • SMTP Password
  • SMTP Encryption
  • SMTP Port (not pictured)
After you have updated any of the above options, you can click TEST CONFIGURATION (not pictured) to confirm your selections worked.
