Adding a Column to a Query

This task explains how to add columns to a query.

  1. Select one of the following sections:
    • Pool/Volume
    • Datasets
    • DFSMShsm Mgmt
    • Tape
    The branch expands to show subsections and saved queries.
  2. Select a saved query by clicking on it once.
    Important: Double-clicking on the query runs the query and does not open it.
  3. Click COLUMNS.
  4. Click the checkmark(s) next to the column name to add to the filter.
    You can also select the checkbox next to Available columns to add all columns to the filter at once.
    The Chosen Columns list updates automatically.
  5. OPTIONAL: Drag the selected columns around in the Chosen Columns list to change their order.
