Removing a Column from a Query

This task explains how to remove a column from a query.

  1. Select one of the following sections:
    • Pool/Volume
    • Datasets
    • DFSMShsm Mgmt
    • Tape
    The branch expands to show subsections and saved queries.
  2. Select a saved query by clicking on it once.
    Important: Double-clicking on the query runs the query and does not open it.
  3. Click COLUMNS.
  4. Uncheck the column(s) you do not want included.
    You can also unselect the checkbox next to Available columns to remove all columns from the filter at once.
    The Chosen Columns list updates automatically.
  5. OPTIONAL: Drag the remaining selected columns around in the Chosen Columns list to change their order.
