Running a Query from the Sidebar Menu

This task explains the two ways you can run a query from the sidebar menu.

  1. Select one of the following sections:
    • Pool/Volume
    • Datasets
    • DFSMShsm Mgmt
    • Tape
    The branch expands to show subsections and saved queries.
  2. There are two ways to run a query from the sidebar menu. Select one of the following:
    • Double-click on the query name to run.
    • Left-click on , and then click Run.
    The query result panel displays. The default panel can be OVERVIEW tab or SUMMARY tab depending on your site's configuration.
